This website is constructed using CSS and XHTML pages that validate to the relevant W3C and Accessibility Standards.

This allows the website to be viewed in a variety of different web browsers - with the more sophisticated browsers render content as it was intended. Older browsers will still render the content - but the navigation menu will be the first item on any page. You can skip this list to get to the main content with the relevant link or Access Key.

Access Keys

This website uses Access Keys to give you access to key areas of information.

The Government Standard Access Keys are:

Using Access keys depends upon your web browser - so consult its documentation. But generally to use the above Access Keys you press Alt+the key. eg: For The Site Map you would press Alt+3

On an Apple Macintosh you would use the Ctrl+the key.

Important Note

On some of the menu items above, you will need to:

• Press the Access Key for the section you want to access.
• Then press the RETURN key to expand the selection.
• Then use the TAB key to select the page you wish to view.
• Finally pressing RETURN to open the page.
