Careers Information
Careers information is available from a number of different sources that
are often publicly funded agencies. Once you have begun to establish where
your interests lie then it is important to actually speak to people involved
in your chosen fields. You can find out more by going to careers events,
participating in work experience schemes and talking to family, friends
and acquaintances who work in the sort of area you are considering. If
you show a genuine interest in someone's work they will often be only too
pleased to talk to you and help you to find out more about the career that
interests you. The following websites are a useful starting point for your
research.
