Meet our RGS News publicity officer

Our new RGS News publicity officer AMELIA COLLINGWOOD-COOPER is keen to encourage students from all year groups to get involved and urges budding young reporters and photographers to get in touch

MY name is Amelia and I am the new publicity officer for 2025-2026. I am currently in Year 12 studying English literature, French and RE as well as undertaking an extended project qualification with the aim of studying English literature at university. 

My role includes aiding Mrs Savage with RGS News and general publicity for the school however, I am also looking to expand the role of publicity to all year groups! 

So, if any students are interested in aspects such as writing articles, photography or even ideas of what they think should be included in each edition, please don't hesitate to contact me. 

Being part of an enterprise like this will not only be a place to meet peers with similar interests to you and integrate with other year groups but also will enrich literary talent and allows you to develop new skills in all aspects of publicity.
