IT'S been another busy and enjoyable month in boarding, with our students taking part in a wide range of after-school and weekend activities.

Highlights included trying their hand at archery under the expert guidance of father-and-son team Alan and Matt, and a fantastic day out in the beautiful Yorkshire Dales. Students enjoyed walking llamas with Nidderdale Llamas before visiting England’s oldest sweet shop in Pateley Bridge.

To celebrate our Year 11 and Year 13 leavers, boarders enjoyed a fun-filled silent disco, while enthusiastic teams from Johnson House and School House battled it out at LaserZone, with the girls emerging victorious.

There was also plenty of time for quieter pursuits, with students relaxing and challenging one another over chess or playing Kwik Cricket and other games on the playing fields during the warm summer evenings.

Overall, it has been a wonderful month filled with fun, friendship, and memorable experiences.
