THE glorious weather saw students head to Scarborough for an unforgettable surfing lesson before the end of term, enjoying some fantastic surf conditions and a brilliant day of teamwork, resilience, plenty of laughs and lots of new skills learned. Thanks to Dexters Surf Shop for ensuring students had such a fantastic experience.
Students and staff then rounded off another memorable year in boarding with an end-of-year celebration with a delicious barbecue, made by our fabulous catering team, and an incredible bird of prey display from local falconer Ryan Stocks of Owl Adventures. A wonderful evening of great company and fascinating wildlife while marking another successful year of boarding at RGS. Thank you to Mrs Mackenzie for organising and to everyone who helped make it such a special occasion.
