Prefects join forces to work as a team

BRITISH Army instructors put sixth form school officers and prefects through their paces during a challenging but enjoyable team building afternoon.

The Elite Skills Academy soldiers spilt the group into teams and delegating team building tasks to each of them to work through.

Head of careers Bob Walker said: "The aim of the afternoon was to highlight the importance of working as a team and to foster cooperation within this important group of student who are charged with helping the smooth running of the school.

"In addition to this, the group received a careers presentation of opportunities in the army, including gap year opportunities which several past pupils have taken part in over recent years."
