Covid guidance update from Headmaster

Dear Parents

Please note that recent gov.uk guidance in relation to covid-19, published on 02.01.22, states that face masks ‘should be worn’ by students [except where exemptions apply] in both indoor communal areas and classrooms. This will be in place for the next 3 weeks before it is reviewed by gov.uk. I would be grateful if parents could ensure students bring a face mask to school from tomorrow onwards and worn correctly [over both mouth and nose]. This guidance also applies to school transport. Please ensure students undertake a LF test today and continue to test twice weekly.

Guidance on ending self-isolation has also changed, with students able to return on day 7 if they have registered two negative LF tests on day 6 and 7 and don’t have a high temperature.
